Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

For all orders within Australia, Gertrude provides three express postage options which are calculated at the checkout based on the volume of your order. All deliveries within Australia are shipped by AUSPOST Express and Tracked service, and are expected to be delivered the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipments tracking number as soon as it has been dispatched. Once the order has left the Gertrude office, Gertrude is no longer responsible for any damages incurred through transit, or stolen or lost packages.

Gertrude offers a flat rate of $45 on all orders with international shipping. All International orders will be processed and shipped by EMS International Express and Tracked Service, and are expected to arrive within 3- 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipments tracking number as soon as it has been dispatched. Once the order has left the Gertrude HQ, Gertrude is no longer responsible for any damages incurred through transit, or stolen or lost packages.

All orders placed and received after 1pm (ACST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

If in any case, you are not satisfied with your Gertrude Silk items purchased online or have had a change of mind, please contact us directly at hello@gertrudesilk.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will review the return, and happily offer an exchange or a credit note that can be used in store or online on full priced purchases, under the condition that the item is in it’s original condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with tags still attached and proof of purchase is presented.

A trackable method of postage is recommended, as the customer will be responsible to cover the return postage charges and Gertrude Silk will not be accountable for any lost packages.

If you have received an item that is either faulty, or has been wrongly described, please contact us directly hello@gertrudesilk.com within 7 days of receiving the item with proof of purchase presented.

Upon assessment of the return, Gertrude Silk will happily offer a full refund, an exchange, or an in store credit that is valid in store or online on full priced items.
