Returns

If in any case, you are not satisfied with your Gertrude Silk items purchased online or have had a change of mind, please contact us at hello@gertrudesilk.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will review the return, and happily offer an exchange or a credit note that can be used in store or online on full priced purchases, under the condition that the item is in it’s original condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with tags still attached and proof of purchase is presented. A trackable method of postage is recommended, as the customer will be responsible to cover the return postage charges and Gertrude Silk will not be accountable for any lost packages.

If you have received an item that is either faulty, or has been wrongly described, please contact hello@gertrudesilk.com within 7 days of receiving the item and upon assessment of the return, Gertrude Silk will happily offer a full refund, an exchange, or an in store credit that is valid in store or online on full priced items.
